*1.5 Hour ZOOM Classes$15 per class x number of weeks in session

Session fees are due one week prior to the first day of class through etransfer. If cash or cheque is preferred, please leave your session fees in the black drop box outside the Studio door. Please make cheques payable to Erin Holtz Braeckman. Once payment has been received, you will be emailed a ZOOM link and password for each class you are registered for.

All students of The Village Yoga Studio are required to complete a confidential Registration and Waiver Form specific to online participation. This document will be provided for students upon registration to sign and email back one week prior to the beginning of their session. Please reach out if you have any questions/inquiries or would like to register.

Class Descriptions

Hatha-Qi Yoga

This class is a blend of Classical Hatha and Daoist Qigong practices for those both new to and with previous experience in yoga and meditational movement. Discover the balance and well-being that full body awareness can bring to your everyday life through an intentional approach to asana, somatic flow, 

energy cultivation, breath-work, meditation, and the healing arts. Allow the body, mind, and spirit to take on a more full expression of themselves. 90 minute class.
