IN-PERSON Classes: $105 per 6-week session; $140 per 8-week session

ONLINE Classes: $90 per 6-week session; $120 per 8-week session

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

 

     Hatha-Qi Yoga

This class weaves traditional Hatha Yoga and Daoist Qigong practices into a holistic approach to embodiment. As we surrender to the support of the Earth, awaken the spine, explore meditational movement through the breath, and open the energetic pathways of the bodymind through the healing arts, you will:

 

*nourish flexibility, mobility, strength, alignment, healing, and release

*invite balance, aliveness, presence, connection, and wellbeing

 

All levels; 75 minutes.

 

 

     Hatha-Qi Yoga for Men

 

Affectionately referred to as “Broga”, this class uses the principles of Hatha-Qi Yoga to address imbalances typical to the male body known as upper- and lower-crossed syndrome: tightness in the neck, shoulders, chest, back, hips, hamstrings, and calves that creates underactive muscle stability and energy flow elsewhere.

 

All levels; 75 minutes.

STUDIO POLICY: 

 

Due to limited space capacity, we are unable to accommodate drop-ins or make-ups for missed in-person classes; however, a recording of the week’s virtual class can be provided upon request.

 

Session fees are due one week prior to the first day of class through etransfer (villageyogastudio@hotmail.com). If cash or cheque is preferred, please make fees payable to Erin Holtz Braeckman and arrange a drop-off time or mail to PO Box 574, Lakefield, ON., K0L 2H0. For online classes, once payment has been received you will be emailed a link and password to attend live (Note: all virtual offerings are recorded and accessible within 24 hours via email). 

Refunds are not available, but credit can be carried over to be used for another session.

 

All students of The Village Yoga Studio are required to complete a confidential Registration and Waiver Form specific to either in-person or online participation. This document will be provided for students upon registration to sign and email back one week prior to the beginning of their session.
