HEALING OFFERINGS:

​

 

Offered annually during July and August, these private sessions are designed to holistically “attune” the body back to the turning of the seasons. As layers of individual, ancestral, and collective patterns that impede energetic flow are released, we access the innate capacity to connect and heal, thereby processing our experiences so that we may respond to the world from an embodied place that is alive to and supported by the cycles of the Earth.

     Reiki Attunement:

Includes:

       

*an opening tea ceremony and wellness consultation with follow-up email

​

*a gentle embodiment practice using Myofascial Release, Thai Yoga Massage, and/or Craniosacral Qigong techniques

 

*a restorative Reiki treatment    

 

*a closing guided meditation incorporating therapeutic use of crystals, toning, & flower essences

 

75 minute treatment: $75

     Hot Stone Yoga Attunement:

Includes:

​

*an opening tea ceremony and wellness consultation with follow-up email

​

*a gentle embodiment practice using Myofascial Release, Thai Yoga Massage, and/or Craniosacral Qigong techniques

 

*a restorative yoga session using basalt stones - sourced from the river beds of the Andes Mountains - that are gently heated and therapeutically placed along the Chakras of the body

​

*a closing guided meditation through the Qigong Five Element Healing practice

 

75 minute treatment: $75
