HEALING OFFERINGS:

Offered annually every Summer and Winter Solstice, these private sessions are designed to holistically “attune” the body to the turning of the next cycle of seasons. As layers of individual, ancestral, and collective patterns that impede energetic flow are released, we access the innate capacity to connect and heal, thereby processing our experiences so that we may respond to the world from an embodied place that is alive to and supported by the cycles of the Earth.

Summer Solstice Reiki Seasonal Attunement:
Includes:
*an opening tea ceremony and wellness consultation

*a realigning Reiki treatment
​​
*a closing guided meditation incorporating therapeutic use of singing bowls
75 minute treatment: $75

Hot Stone Seasonal Attunement:
Includes:
*an opening tea ceremony and wellness consultation

*a restorative yoga session using basalt stones - sourced from the river beds of the Andes Mountains - that are gently heated and therapeutically placed along the Chakras of the body

*a closing guided meditation incorporating therapeutic use of singing bowls
